Unipol Dome tickets & upcoming events

Unipol Dome is one of Bologna’s most iconic sports and event venues, and honestly, it’s got a bit of a history that makes it pretty special. Since 2016, it’s been the go-to spot for the Bologna International Robotics Challenge, which is kind of a big deal in the robotics world, kind of like a tech-savvy playground. But before that, it’s hosted some pretty epic moments. Remember the 2014 FIBA Europe Cup basketball games? Yeah, that’s right, the dome was used for group stage matches involving some top national teams. And you can’t forget the 2004 Volleyball World Championship semi-finals held here, where Italy faced Brazil in a nail-biting match. Oh, and in 1998, Virtus Bologna clinched their fourteenth national basketball title right here, with a packed house going wild. The inside isn’t too shabby either, Poltronissima Silver seats are perfect if you’re after a good view without breaking the bank, and the Observation section offers a few cozy spots for ticket holders wanting a closer look. Honestly, whether you’re into big sports, concerts, or just soaking in the lively atmosphere, Unipol Dome has a way of making every event memorable, even if you’re just there for the vibe and a good time.
